Mark was hailed as a hero in the office yesterday as he went round distributing the truffles.  I have to say he was very reluctant to give any of them away and needed some encouragement!   Last night we ourselves dipped in to a bag of truffles.  The chilli ones were simply divine as were the Rum and Raisin.  We will never go back to eating Cadburys ever again after sampling the delights and health benefits of proper chocolate.  We are meeting my mother in Town tomorrow and intend to give her the shell and seascape as she is a big fan of white chocolate.  I think she will be absolutely blown away."

"We bought the 2 1/2 hr truffle making course for a birthday present for my mother. Both Andy and Lyn made us feel very welcome and Andy -finding out it was my Mum's birthday- made sure she made an even larger amount of truffles then normal. The 2 1/2 hrs quickly passed but we were never pushed to finish by Andy. When we did finally finish, we had produced a huge amount of chocolates which tasted delicious. I would really recommend the 2 1/2 hour course. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon."
