Team building - Introduction to your team’s challenge

Team building events run for approximately two and half hours. The teams will need to make a selection box of original chocolates, design packaging and brand their product. They will then need to plan and present a marketing strategy, including advertising campaign, and make a ten second jingle to market the product on the local radio. They will finally be assessed by our judges.

The Challenge

Your team has just taken over ownership of The Salcombe Chocolate Factory, due to re-open again this week.

You are required to make the business profitable again, by formulating and launching a brand new product.

Within the designated time your team is required to:-

• Produce a full sample box of chocolates - which is full of new and original ideas which will storm the market
• Design unique packaging and branding for your exclusive chocolates
• Plan and present a marketing strategy, including your advertising campaign
• Make a ten second jingle to market your product on the local radio

You will have a total of two hours to conclude your challenge. You will have a maximum of three minutes to present your marketing strategy with your finished product to the board of judges.

The winning team will receive a prize.

Price for team building is £65 Per head. 10 - 100 people
